CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointment, Prepayment & Cancellation Policy Prepaid Services Prepayments and deposits are required for all group bookings, corporate events, mobile services, wellness packages, and any appointments reserved in advance. Prepayments secure the reserved appointment times and guarantee availability. Refund Policy All prepaid services are non-refundable unless: * Floating Feather Massage LLC cancels the appointment and is unable to reschedule within a reasonable timeframe. * A refund is otherwise required by applicable law. If a client is unable to receive services due to illness, injury, physician recommendation, scheduling conflicts, or other unforeseen circumstances, the prepaid amount will remain as a service credit on the client’s account and may be applied toward future services. Service Credits Service credits: * May be used for any available massage or wellness service offered by Floating Feather Massage LLC. * May be transferred to another individual with prior approval. * Will remain available in accordance with applicable Arizona law and the terms provided to the client. Medical Conditions Clients are responsible for informing Floating Feather Massage LLC of any medical conditions, medications, injuries, or physician restrictions before treatment. If a physician recommends modifications to massage therapy, written medical recommendations or clearance may be required before services are performed. Floating Feather Massage LLC reserves the right to modify or decline treatment when client safety is a concern or when requested treatment falls outside the therapist’s scope of practice. Group Bookings For groups, athletic teams, corporate events, or multiple appointments: * Full payment is required before appointments are confirmed. * Reserved appointment times are held exclusively for the booking client. * Changes to the number of participants may result in adjustments to appointment availability. * Payments for canceled participants will be retained as service credit unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellation Policy * 24 hours or more: No cancellation fee. * Less than 24 hours: 100% of the scheduled service fee may be charged. * No-shows: Full service fee will be charged. Emergency situations may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Right to Refuse Service Floating Feather Massage LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if: * Treatment is deemed unsafe. * Required medical documentation is not provided. * The requested treatment falls outside the therapist’s professional scope of practice. * Inappropriate behavior occurs. If Floating Feather Massage LLC determines that massage services cannot be safely performed due to medical concerns, undisclosed health conditions, lack of required medical clearance, or because the requested treatment falls outside the therapist’s scope of practice, any prepaid funds will be retained as a service credit for future services when and if the client is medically eligible to receive treatment. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Floating Feather Massage LLC, unless otherwise required by law.
